  • Crisis Support – if you find yourself in a crisis or at immediate risk, please call 999 or attend your closest A&E 
  • Mental health support for veterans, service leavers and reservists
  • Text  to 85258 for a free, confidential, 24/7 service to have a conversation with a trained volunteer. The volunteers offer real-time support to people who are anxious, stressed, depressed, suicidal or overwhelmed and need immediate support. This is available in partnership with SHOUT with the addition of offering more localised support.
