Contacting us by phone — What's new from 3^rd September 2026 When you call to request an appointment, you will now be greeted by Andi, our AI receptionist. Andi will ask you a few short questions about your request and send your answers directly to our clinical team. This means:

• No waiting on hold
• Your request reaches the right person more quickly
• A clinician reviews every request before any action is taken

You can ask to speak to a receptionist at any point. Andi is available Monday to Friday during practice opening hours

We are part of Our Health Partnership (OHP) A healthy future for patients and practices.

Our aim is to provide an effective and excellent service to all service users, who are registered to our practices. Our premises are suitable for both able bodied and non-able bodied service users; we have ramps leading into the buildings to aid access for all.

We also have parking spaces outside the building which are reserved for patients displaying a disabled sticker.

We have medical students from Aston University and good working links with training providers.

If you have an urgent but not life-threatening medical need, make sure you visit NHS 111 online first rather than going straight to A&E. NHS 111 online will help you right away and, if needed, a healthcare professional will call you.

NHS 111 online can direct you to an urgent treatment centre/walk in centre, emergency dental services, GP, pharmacy, or another more appropriate local service.
